Been to Qube Cafe at Hotel Siesta for their Bengali food festival for dinner last week. Got a groupon voucher at 555/-(actual was 626/- AI for the same). The food was good and value for money barring a couple of items.
There were many varieties in main course and desserts. However, only 2 veg n 2 non veg starters were present. There were fish salad, egg salad, fruit salad, kabuli salad, lau shorba, paya shorba, dhania patta murgi, machh fry, dal bora, veg cutlet, doi ilish, tengra chorchori, chicken dalna, machh matha diye dal, pathor mangsho biryani, aloo mutton jhol, kakra jhal, moong masoor dal, palak paneer, kumro poi saag ghanto, sorshe bhindi, aloo potol karaishootir dalna, echor kosha, kaju misti pulao, plain rice, hing luchi, radha ballavi, chicken biryani, curd rice, sambar, rasam, dahi vada..I had around 8-9 pieces of ilish :P..
In desserts, tasted rajbhog, pantua, malai chamcham, sondesh, madta khaja, jalebi, kalakand, mishti doi and kheer kadam, which was not kheerkadam actually.. There were assorted pastries, soufflé, cut fruits n ice-cream as well which I could not taste as I was full.. The kiwi cooler was good as well...Overall, it was a VFM spread..
